 My Story

I help women wake up—wake up from the self-destructive path of self-hate, insecurity, and doubt. Too many women live in a battle with their own reflection, trapped in body dysmorphia and negative self-talk, believing they are never enough.

I’m here to change that.

My coaching isn’t about quick fixes, gimmicks, or chasing an impossible standard. It’s about future-proofing your body and mind so you can live with confidence, strength, and the peace of knowing you are doing everything for your future self. It’s easy when you stop the noise and focus on YOU.

I know this because I’ve lived it.

I’m a Mum of three, a PE teacher of 20 years, a Personal Trainer, and a Coaching Master—but my real education came from life itself. Ten years ago, my world shifted when my sister was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. The worry, the stress, the fear—it consumed me. Anxiety took control, and I lost myself.

But I refused to stay there.

Through research, deep self-discovery, and hard work, I developed the methods I now live by—methods that have helped countless women break free from the cycle of self-doubt and finally feel happy, strong, and in control.

Because that knot in your stomach? The one you’ve gotten so used to hiding? It’s draining you. It’s exhausting. And it doesn’t have to be this way.

You deserve to love yourself, feel confident in your body, and take action that supports your future.

What I offer

I am passionate about helping struggling Mums turn life around so they can feel their absolute best again.

I am an Accredited Coaching Master. I have a degree in Physical Education and am a Qualified Personal Trainer with Pre and Postnatal specialism.

How the coaching works

Get my whole hearted support with my one to one coaching package. We will sit down in our own homes and via Zoom we will have a powerful one to one conversation.

My 10 week experience includes-

  • A weekly 1hour coaching conversation

  • Weekly tasks and progress reviews

  • Access to my quick and effective workouts to help with anxiety & stress

  • Access to my meditations to help reduce anxiety and stress and to promote focus on your goals and relaxation

  • Messaging and accountability offering 24/7 support
